We are seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Front Desk Attendant who will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a positive and lasting impression. You will handle all aspects of a guest's stay, from check-in to check-out, while embodying our property's vision, mission, and core values. Your multitasking skills and guest-focused mentality will be key to ensuring a seamless experience.

Compensation:

$16.25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly, determine their needs, and manage the registration process. Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups Answer queries regarding the hotel's services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions Balance cash at the end of the shift and generate accounting reports for the benefit of the next shift Operate hotel switchboard, take calls and provide information and transfer calls

Qualifications:

Experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
