We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service‑driven Guest Services Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure while supporting daily front desk operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

Book and manage guest reservations, coordinating with the reservation center when needed. Check guests in and out, process payments, and follow all established procedures. Greet and register guests promptly, using up‑selling techniques to maximize room revenue. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with integrity. Answer and route incoming calls professionally and accurately relay guest messages. Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Resolve minor guest concerns promptly and escalate major issues to management. Respond quickly to guest requests and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. Complete daily front desk paperwork, including cash handling, postings, and reports. Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
