As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable stay. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and working in a fast‑paced hospitality setting, we'd love to meet you. Key Responsibilities Manage guest reservations and coordinate with the reservation center as needed. Check guests in and out, process payments, and follow all established front desk procedures. Greet and register guests promptly while using up‑selling techniques to maximize room revenue. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive guest information with professionalism and integrity. Answer and route incoming calls courteously, ensuring accurate and timely message delivery. Promote hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience. Address minor guest concerns promptly and escalate significant issues to management when necessary. Respond quickly to guest requests and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction. Complete daily front desk documentation, including cash handling, postings, and required reports. Maintain a polished, professional appearance and uphold all company policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Qualifications Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable using computers and hotel management systems (training provided). Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent guest service.
