This position is for the evening shift. Must be available from 4pm-midnight on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Duties Include

• Check-in guests, ensuring accuracy of information and providing necessary assistance
• Answer phone calls, take messages, and handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and courteously
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Manage reservations and room assignments
• Assist with laundry or other duties depending on the needs of the hotel
• Assist guests to ensure a smooth and pleasant stay Qualifications
• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service required
• Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices preferred
• Laundry or food service experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
