Overview We are seeking energetic and personable Front Desk Staff to be the welcoming face of our hotel. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests checking in. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help maintain a smooth check in. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to become full time In addition to base pay there are also monthly bonuses up to $5.00 per hour based on occupancy. Duties Greet arriving guests warmly, providing excellent customer service. Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, professionally, and with proper phone etiquette Manage front desk operations including scheduling reservations. Skills Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and positive attitude Personal assistant or office management experience is a plus Ability to handle guest communication professionally while maintaining confidentiality Join us as a Front Desk Staff member to be an integral part of our team!
