Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences Manage reservations using the property management system ThinkReservations Handle guests' lodging inquiries in a timely manner Assist with guest services including room assignments, special requests, and resolving issues promptly with a customer service-oriented mindset Ensuring property safety procedures are followed Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and incident reports Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared to high standards and facilities are well-maintained Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations preferred; hotel experience is highly valued Strong customer service skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently and professionally Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest inquiries Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Join us as an Assistant Innkeeper and be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences.
