Job Description

Job Summary Hotel Front Desk Agent (Night Shift) We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, checking guests in and out, answering phone calls, making reservations, addressing guest questions and concerns, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will also assist with light housekeeping and general cleaning tasks, including maintaining the lobby, breakfast area, laundry, and other public spaces as needed to ensure the hotel remains clean and presentable. Candidates should have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Pay:

$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
