Job Summary:

Duties:

• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
• Assist guests with requests and provide information about hotel services
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting
• Proficiency in using phone systems and hospitality software
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Knowledge of hotel management practices, including night audit procedures
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing top-notch customer service
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently at the front desk
