As the Front Desk Agent, you are the first impression of our hotel staff and are instrumental in every guest's experience at our hotel. The ideal candidate for this position: Part-time second shift 3-11 Has excellent verbal, comprehension, listening and problem-solving skills. Displays a positive, upbeat attitude. Must be punctual, come to work in uniform, and maintain professional atmosphere. Communicate with all other departments in a respectful, effective, and timely manner. Ensure prompt and courteous service to guests and that all guest experiences exceed expectations. Must have open availability including holidays and weekends . We are open 24hrs a day, 7 days a week
