Job Description

Staybridge Suites
  • Allentown West is seeking a mature, reliable individual with strong customer service skills, open availability and a professional appearance. Position is part-time, primarily 3 pm
  • 11 pm, weekends and holidays included, based on hotel needs. Duties include, but are not limited to:
  • checking guests in/out; assigning rooms
  • assisting guests with special requests
  • completing all front desk tasks
  • handling cash and credit card transactions
  • answering phone calls
  • making and confirming reservations
  • assisting laundry/housekeeping when needed
  • offering friendly and professional customer service to all guests
