Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional service throughout their stay. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in the hospitality industry and who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor
Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously
Assist with reservations, cancellations, and room assignments
Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Perform night audit duties, if required

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
