Job Description:

Front Desk Agent Hours are 2pm-8pm on Monday-Thursday and Friday 2pm-6pm 28 hrs. a week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Manager to join our team at Impact Cheer & Tumble. The Front Desk is the first point of contact for our students and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and assist with scheduling classes.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Handle payment transactions accurately using our system.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating student records.
• Provide information about our programs, services, and facility to potential customers.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a seamless experience for all visitors.

Qualifications:

• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a

FAST-PACED

environment.

• Proficiency in using front desk software systems.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Passion for working with children and families.
