Guest Services We are currently seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn of Bastrop. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring guest satisfaction and revenue optimization through efficient check-in and check-out procedures, as well as attentive coordination of hotel services. Job Duties:

This position will check-in/check-out hotel guests in a timely and professional manner; and process all payments according to established procedures Providing outstanding service to hotel guests by responding promptly and efficiently to requests and complaints Communicates with fellow team members on maintenance issues, guest requests, guest complaints and sales leads Strong Customer Service skills Ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems Manage accurate accounting of all rooms Adheres to brand standards
