We are looking for a Hotel Night Front Desk clerk Full-time / Part-time to serve as our guests' first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Front Desk Clerk are responsible for greeting and registering the guest providing outstanding guest service during their stay and settling the guest's account upon completion of their stay.

Primary responsibilities include:

Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly efficient and courteous manner. Answer the phone, guest inquiries about hotel service facilities and hours of operation make reservations, register guests, night audit and provide attentive courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Additional requirements include:

Ability to maintain confidentiality of information. Maintain standards of personal appearance and grooming. Basic computer skills to operate various property management and reservations systems, etc. Maintaining a clean and organized work area. Please apply in person.
