Answer the phone in a professional manner at the front desk to respond to current and prospective guests' needs. Book reservations for individuals, families and groups as required. Greet walk-in guests and guests with reservations when they arrive at the front desk. Collect payments in cash/credit. Refer guests to local amenities and venues. Communicate guests' requests and complaints to the appropriate department. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays (Hotel is open 24/7, 365 days). Familiarity with the lodging industry is a plus.

Requirements:

21 years or older. Reliable transportation and valid DL. Good customer service skills. Required to pass a criminal background check. Qualifications Guest services
