As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a strong work ethic while ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Handle reservations, guest requests, and complaints professionally. Process payments, manage cash transactions, and maintain accurate guest accounts with honesty and integrity. Follow all hotel policies and procedures, including cash-handling and financial accountability standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area. Collaborate with team members to ensure guest satisfaction. Perform night audit duties as needed. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and ethical conduct at all times. Qualifications Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and guest relations skills. Must be honest, trustworthy, dependable, and committed to maintaining high ethical standards. Strong attention to detail, especially when handling payments and financial transactions. Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and follow established procedures. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hotel operations and night audit procedures is beneficial. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed.
