DESK GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Hampton Inn & Suites Shift:

4:00 PM - 12:00 AM We are looking for a friendly, bubbly, outgoing, and dependable individual to join our front desk team! We want someone who loves interacting with people, has a positive attitude, and can make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors! What we're looking for: A bubbly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills

Someone who shows up on time and is ready to work A friendly, professional attitude and a welcoming smile Ability to multitask, answer phones, and handle guest check-ins and check-outs A team player who takes initiative and is willing to help wherever needed Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to details Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as scheduled

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist hotel guests Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Answer phone calls and assist with guest requests Handle payments and maintain accurate records Complete daily front desk duties and checklists Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby Hotel experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! We are looking for someone who brings great energy to work, is dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping others. If you're a people person with a great attitude and strong work ethic, we'd love to hear from you!

Pay:

$11.50 - $12.50 per hour
