Front Desk Guest Service Agent - Part Time

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service at check-in, during guest stays, and at check-out Answer phones, respond to guest inquiries, and handle reservations accurately Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming front desk area Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Accurately manage daily transactions and shift reports

Requirements:

2-3 years of prior hotel front desk or guest service experience required Strong communication and problem-solving skills Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with hotel property management systems (PMS) preferred Why Join Us?
