Check members in and assist with memberships, account questions, and general inquiries. Answer phone calls and respond to emails professionally. Process memberships, retail purchases, and daily transactions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and facility. Complete assigned daily cleaning and operational tasks. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team. Customer service experience preferred. Sales experience is a plus. Must be at least 18 years old. Weekend availability is preferred.
