The position will be responsible for customer service, checking in/out guests, and responding to guests' requests. The position provides that critical first impression to our guests. The candidate must have a natural passion for delivering exceptional service. Welcoming and serving guests in person and over the phone daily is essential in this position. You must be comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out. Must also be able to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently. Resolving guests issues and be able to have fun is a must. Flexible schedule is a plus. Part- Time day shift. '
