About the position:

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our premises. Essential duties & responsibilities: Manage the guest registration process including checking in/ out guests, using the computer and issuing keys. Answer telephone / courtesy calls in a professional and courteous manner. Research and provide information on local activities, dining and attractions to owners/guests. Provide VI program information and confirm reservations as requested by owners. Dispatch guests requests to other departments such as maintenance and housekeeping; follow up to confirm tasks have been completed. Maintain service request database Maintain operational files and data bases. Requires data input and filing. Encourage owners and guests to complete a YOC (your opinion counts) survey. Prepare and maintain beverage and food service as directed by management Assist housekeeping make beds/ clean rooms or any other housekeeping duties when needed. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Hotel / Timeshare Experience Front Desk Experience On call

Afterhours Emergencies Driver's License Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Familiarity with MS office and general computer operation skills

Education:
