Job Description Our Blackbird Lodge resort is looking for a full-time Front Desk Associate! Our busy, year-round timeshare resort is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a full-time Front Desk Associate. Ideal candidate must be willing to work weekends and holidays and be available to handle after-hours emergencies. Enjoy paid holidays and complimentary designated parking in the heart of downtown Leavenworth—no more hunting for a spot! Schedule is Thursday through Sunday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM (
- Schedule subject to change due to resort needs and coverage) As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring a positive experience from the moment they enter our premises.
- Afterhours Emergencies Driver's License Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Familiarity with MS office and general computer operation skills
Education:
Highschool diploma, GED or equivalent experience Detail oriented Excellent verbal communication skills in person and via telephone Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to demonstrate good judgement when dealing with owners and staff members Basic math, inventory, and cash handling skills Additional Information Why Westgate?
