Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will help maintain efficient front desk operations and contribute to a positive guest experience. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using hotel management software. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests promptly. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing guest needs, answering questions, and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize computer skills to update guest information, process payments via QuickBooks or similar accounting tools, and manage reservations efficiently. Communicate effectively with guests and team members through phone etiquette and clear verbal communication. Experience Previous clerical or front desk experience in a hospitality or office environment is preferred. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse range of guests. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette.
