• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Process reservations and cancellations accurately
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met
• Perform night audit duties as needed

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in front desk operations Responsible for keeping lobby area and guest restroom clean, coffee station stocked.
