Job Description
Are you a people person, friendly & engaging? If so, we're looking for you! Best Western Plus is looking for part-time desk agents. We have a variety of shifts to fill, am and pm, weekdays and weekends. We are looking for friendly faces that are self-starters with a 'can do' attitude. Hotel experience is a plus, even better if you've worked with Best Western! These are part-time positions that can grow into full-time for the best candidates. Primary responsibilities
- Checking guests in and out efficiently Handling guest requests in a timely manner Posting any charges incurred to a guest's room Verifying proper credit on guest accounts Answering phone calls & questions Assisting guest with their reservation needs Customer service, recommendations, directions
- assist the guest as needed Friendly, welcoming attitude Communication skills are important as guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments.
Languages:
English- (Required) Spanish
- would be great, but not essential
- extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
