Could accommodate additional PM shifts if desired.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol and monitor resort grounds, buildings, and public areas to ensure guest and staff safety. Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns professionally and efficiently. Perform routine inspections of resort facilities to identify and address potential safety hazards. Assist with after-hours facility maintenance and operational needs. Maintain detailed reports of security incidents and maintenance issues. Collaborate with resort teams to uphold a secure and well-maintained environment.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in front desk operations, security, engineering, or facilities maintenance (hospitality preferred). Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Must be able to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
