Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, merchandising, and pricing strategies to optimize product presentation. Oversee cashiering activities, including cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems operation, and cashier supervision to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Implement employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing training programs to enhance team skills in customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures. Conduct interviewing and recruiting processes to attract talented candidates aligned with store needs. Monitor store performance metrics such as sales management, retail math calculations, budgeting, and operational efficiency to drive continuous improvement. Requirements Proven supervisory experience within the retail industry or customer service environment with demonstrated leadership in managing sales teams. Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate staff through managerial communication and coaching. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with inventory management systems, POS systems, purchasing procedures, and cash handling protocols. Knowledge of retail store product lines including grocery or wireless sales is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Basic math skills for retail math calculations such as pricing adjustments, inventory counts, and cash reconciliation. Familiarity with employee orientation, training & development practices, payroll processing, bookkeeping basics, and operational management principles. Demonstrated ability to supervise staff in a retail environment with strong leadership qualities in team management and shift supervision.
