QUALIFICATIONS

Hotel General Manager experience preferred; strong Assistant General Managers ready for their first GM opportunity will be considered
Experience within a select-service or limited-service hotel environment
Strong leadership, financial acumen, and understanding of hotel operations and guest satisfaction

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead all day-to-day hotel operations while building an engaged, service-focused team
Manage budgets, labor, forecasting, revenue performance, and overall property profitability
Maintain brand standards while driving guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and property performance
