Duties Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance Supervise and motivate hospitality teams to meet and exceed guest service standards while maintaining high employee morale Manage hospitality operations budgets, including revenue management, cost control, and financial reporting to maximize profitability Implement and monitor property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings and guest data management Maintain excellent guest relations by addressing concerns promptly, ensuring personalized service, and fostering a welcoming environment Lead human resources activities such as staffing, training, performance evaluations, and maintaining compliance with hotel policies Coordinate with senior management on strategic initiatives, marketing efforts, and overall property development plans Requirements Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel management or similar roles Strong knowledge of hotel management principles, including revenue management, budgeting, and financial operations Proficiency in property management systems (PMS), hospitality reservation systems, multi-line phone systems, and phone etiquette Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively and communicate managerial expectations clearly Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to facilitate communication with international guests and staff members Demonstrated expertise in customer service excellence and adherence to hotel guest service standards Experience overseeing hospitality teams' human resources functions such as hiring, training, and performance management Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic leadership and innovative hospitality solutions.
