Job Overview We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead the daily operations of our Marriott hotel. This is a leadership position for someone who can manage people, maintain standards, solve problems, and drive both guest satisfaction and financial performance . The ideal candidate has experience managing a select-service hotel and is comfortable overseeing Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, guest service, staffing, and daily operations. Experience with Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Hilton Garden Inn, Hyatt Place, Courtyard, SpringHill Suites, Residence Inn, Comfort Inn, Best Western Plus , or similar select-service hotels is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations and work closely with ownership Lead, train, coach, and hold employees accountable Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance operations Maintain excellent guest service and resolve escalated issues Monitor guest satisfaction and online reviews Ensure Marriott brand standards are consistently met Ensure all Marriott training, reports, audits, and required tasks are completed accurately and on time Conduct property inspections and address issues immediately Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, inventory, and operating costs Support revenue, occupancy, and rate strategies Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development Serve as Manager on Duty, including weekends and holidays Requirements 2-5+ years of hotel management experience required Previous AGM, Hotel Manager, Front Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar experience Upper Mid-Scale Select-service hotel experience strongly preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to hold employees accountable and enforce standards Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Hotel PMS experience required Marriott experience preferred Weekend and holiday availability required What We Offer Marriott employee discount worldwide 2 weeks PTO Career growth opportunities Performance-based advancement opportunities Direct interaction with ownership and senior leadership Additional compensation and benefits discussed during interview Who We're Looking For We want a leader who takes ownership .
