Job Overview We are seeking a trustworthy and dependable Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our cozy, full-capacity motel. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills. This role involves managing team members, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining the overall standards of our hotel. As a key leader, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent guest relations, managing operational budgets, and ensuring smooth hotel functions on a day-to-day basis. In addition to a competitive salary, the successful candidate will receive a large, fully equipped on-site apartment as part of their compensation package. Duties Lead and manage hotel staff to ensure high levels of performance and guest service standards Oversee daily hotel operations to maintain efficiency and quality Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally Ensure adherence to hospitality service standards across all departments Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate activities and resolve issues Manage budgets related to hospitality operations, including expenses and resource allocation Maintain a welcoming, safe, and comfortable environment for guests at all times Monitor occupancy levels and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction and operational success Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar role within the lodging industry Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff and foster teamwork Excellent communication skills for managerial interactions and guest relations Demonstrated ability to oversee daily operations efficiently in a small or boutique hotel setting Experience managing budgets and controlling operational costs in a hospitality environment Dependability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences

Pay:

$25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
