Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with a focus on enhancing guest experiences and driving revenue growth. As the Hotel General Manager, you will lead a team of professionals, ensuring that all departments operate smoothly and efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of service. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance. Develop and implement strategies for revenue management and budgeting to maximize profitability. Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Lead, train, and supervise hotel staff to foster a positive work environment and enhance team performance. Manage human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and employee relations. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations as well as company policies. Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest relations and satisfaction. Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and adherence to operational standards. Utilize multi-line phone systems effectively while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette in all communications. Requirements Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Experience in revenue management and budgeting processes is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is preferred. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with guests from various backgrounds. Strong knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations and human resources management. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
