As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
Take regular action to keep guest room and areas fully operable for guest comfort and safety and the work environment safe for fellow associatesUse your wits and technical abilities to solve problems and make repairs effectively and efficientlyPerform routine facilities and grounds preventive maintenance and upkeepRespond courteously to guest requests promptly and resolve matters to the guest's satisfactionComplete other tasks as assigned
Medical (for Full Time Associates)401(k)Flexible schedulesTeammate Assistance FundStabilityCompetitive WagesFun, Energetic Work Environment...And Our AMAZING Briad Hotels Culture!!Keys to Success•Candidate RequirementsExperience as a Maintenance Technician in a hotel, apartment complex, residential living facility, or similar, REQUIREDMust be able to work various shifts per weekMust have a high school diploma or equivalentMust be a team player who works well under pressureGeneral knowledge of technical fields, such as carpentry, painting, and electrical, is expectedExcellent communication skills, a professional manner, and the ability to work both in a team and make independent decisionsExcellent visual observation abilitiesMust be able to lift 70 lbs., stoop, bend, climb ladders, climb stairs, etc. About us. Earnings Range:
$23.00•25.00 an hour•Actual rate offered will be based upon job title, experience, location, and position.Benefits:
