Go Kart Supervisor

Job Description

Go-Kart Supervisor As a Go-Kart Supervisor, you are more than just a team member—you are a leader on the track and a role model for the entire team. You are responsible for helping create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for every guest while supporting your team and keeping the Go-Kart area running efficiently. We are looking for someone who is responsible, confident, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional guest service. Lead Like You Own It Take pride in your area and treat it like it's your own business. Don't wait to be told what needs to be done—look around, identify opportunities, and take action.
Ask yourself:
Is the track clean and ready for guests? Are team members where they need to be? Are safety procedures being followed? Are guests having a great experience? Is there anything we can improve before the next rush? Great leaders don't just see problems—they solve them. Lead the Team The Go-Kart Supervisor is expected to step up and take responsibility for the team and the area.
Your responsibilities may include:
Helping team members stay focused, productive, and engaged. Ensuring all required checklists and procedures are completed. Making sure work areas are left safe, clean, and ready for the next shift. Assigning tasks during slower periods so the team remains productive. Providing immediate coaching, recognition, and encouragement. Setting the standard through your own actions and attitude. Lead by example. If you expect the team to be attentive, energetic, professional, and guest-focused, you must demonstrate those qualities yourself. Guest Experience & Safety Safety always comes first. As a Go-Kart Supervisor, you are expected to: Maintain constant awareness of guests and team members. Ensure all Go-Kart safety procedures are followed. Address guest concerns professionally and calmly. Help guests feel comfortable and confident while participating. Recognize when a situation requires manager involvement and communicate it appropriately. Your goal is to make every guest feel safe, welcomed, and excited to come back. Stay Productive A Supervisor should never have to be told what to do next. Look around, take initiative, and keep moving. When you are floating or overseeing the area, stay busy and stay aware.
Use slower periods to:
Complete cleaning and safety checks. Prepare for the next rush. Complete checklists. Help other team members. Prepare the area for closing. Identify and complete tasks that improve the guest experience. There should never be a group of team members standing around because they "have nothing to do." If there is downtime, create a task list and keep the team moving. Recognize Great Work Leadership isn't just about correcting problems. Take the time to recognize team members when they do something well. A simple "great job" or "thank you for taking care of that" can make a big difference. Celebrate good guest interactions, great teamwork, strong safety awareness, and employees who go above and beyond. The Bottom Line A great Go-Kart Supervisor is someone who: Leads. Communicates. Takes Ownership. Stays Engaged. Protects the Guest Experience. If you see something that needs to be done, don't walk past it. Own it. If you're a natural leader who takes initiative, cares about our guests, and is ready to take ownership, we want you on our team. Apply today!
