Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Supervisor, where you will lead our front desk operations with energy and enthusiasm! In this pivotal role, you will oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, manage reservations using advanced property management systems like OPERA, and ensure exceptional customer service at every touchpoint. Your leadership will foster a welcoming environment, coordinate guest services, and uphold hotel standards to create memorable experiences for our guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills while guiding a dedicated team in a vibrant resort setting. Duties Supervise daily front desk activities, including guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures. Oversee the use of property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accurate reservation and guest data management. Lead the night audit process, verifying daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review. Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction through personalized attention. Train and motivate front desk staff on hospitality standards, phone etiquette, and customer service problem-solving techniques. Manage multilingual client communication to accommodate diverse guest needs and enhance overall guest relations. Enforce hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as OPERA and property management systems (PMS). Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving. KEY:
1st shift (7am to 3pm), 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm) & weekend availaibility. Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining a positive attitude. Prior experience with night audit procedures and hotel emergency protocols is advantageous.
