Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations for a small hotel. The ideal candidate will have strong hospitality leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to manage all aspects of hotel operations while maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services Ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival through departure Manage, train, and support hotel team members Monitor property standards, cleanliness, and operational efficiency Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally Manage schedules, inventory, and basic administrative functions Support revenue generation and cost control initiatives Maintain compliance with company policies and brand standards

Qualifications:

Previous hotel management or leadership experience required . Strong understanding of hotel operations and guest service Ability to work independently and make operational decisions Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Hands-on leadership approach with attention to detail
