Job Summary Hotel Supervisor — Jonestown Inn Jonestown Inn is a 52-room, team-oriented hotel with approximately 10 employees . The property recently transitioned from another franchise and is currently undergoing major renovations, with plans to become a Sleep Inn by Choice Hotels, ideally in September . We are currently operating as a private name with Choice Hotels systems and are looking for a dependable, reliable supervisor with prior Choice Hotels experience to help oversee the hotel's day-to-day operations. Prior Choice Hotels experience is required for this position. Applicants must already be familiar with Choice Hotels operations and systems. We are not looking for someone to run everything alone. You will be supported by management , while becoming the primary person employees can rely on for routine operational questions and concerns. Responsibilities Help oversee approximately 10 employees and get to know the team Perform general front desk duties and be comfortable using Choice Hotels software Understand online travel agencies (OTAs) and assist/educate staff as needed Handle routine day-to-day employee and guest concerns Assist with scheduling and staffing coverage when needed; additional coverage will be compensated Help ensure front desk, housekeeping, breakfast, and other daily operations run smoothly Respond appropriately to occasional operational issues or emergencies Help maintain Choice Hotels procedures and standards Communicate important issues to management Help provide stability and consistency as the property completes its transition to Sleep Inn Maintain reasonable schedule flexibility when rare emergencies or staffing issues arise .

Compensation:

Salary is negotiable based on experience, with the opportunity for an end-of-year bonus based on individual and hotel performance. Requirements Previous Choice Hotels experience —

Pay:
