The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel or corporate management, revenue management, sales and guest services. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to meet guest expectations
• Oversee the hotel's financial performance and implement revenue management strategies
• Lead and develop a team of staff members, providing guidance and support
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and regulations
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards throughout the property
• Handle guest inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional manner
• Oversee the development and construction of new property

Experience:

Hotel Experience Preferred, Sales and Customer Service.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in management with a focus on leadership and guest services
• Familiarity with human resources processes within a hotel setting
• Proficiency in night audit procedures and phone systems
• Excellent phone etiquette skills Nice-to-Have Skills
