Role Description

Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel management, operations, and staff leadership

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Solid understanding of hotel administration and regulatory compliance

Proficiency in hotel management software and tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in property development and project management is a plus
