Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Manager to lead our dynamic hospitality team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensure outstanding guest services, manage financial performance, and foster a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. Your leadership will drive operational excellence and uphold our commitment to hospitality standards. Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and maintenance Supervise and motivate hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with property standards Implement and maintain hotel guest service standards to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Utilize property management systems (PMS) and hospitality reservation systems to streamline bookings and guest data management Lead human resources functions such as hiring, training, performance evaluations, and team development Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations while fostering a positive work environment Fill regular front desk shifts, interact with guests, and provide first-hand customer service Experience Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort settings Strong knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management and financial oversight Experience managing hospitality operations budgets and financial reporting Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), resort experience is a plus Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for effective guest relations and team communication Excellent managerial communication skills with a focus on leadership and customer service excellence Prior experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Join us to lead a passionate team dedicated to creating memorable stays for our guests! Pay:

$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 38.0 - 45.0 per week
