Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as an Assistant Manager - Hotel, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth hotel operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to lead a talented hospitality team, oversee daily functions, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your leadership will drive operational excellence, foster guest satisfaction, and support the hotel's strategic goals. We are seeking a motivated, bilingual professional with a passion for hospitality management and proven supervisory experience to elevate our hotel's success. Responsibilities Oversee daily hotel operations while working at Fromtdesk , including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping coordination to ensure seamless service delivery. Supervise hospitality teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maintain high standards of guest relations and employee engagement. Manage hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS) to optimize booking efficiency and accuracy. Implement revenue management strategies and assist with managing hospitality operations budgets to maximize profitability. Ensure adherence to hotel guest service standards, handling guest inquiries with professionalism via multi-line phone systems and in person. Coordinate with human resources on staffing needs, scheduling, and staff development initiatives. Monitor financial operations including budgeting, cost control, night audit processes, and financial reporting to ensure operational efficiency. Uphold property safety protocols, oversee guest relations issues, and resolve complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Lead by example in demonstrating excellent phone etiquette, multi-tasking skills, and effective managerial communication across all departments. Qualifications Proven supervisory or managerial experience within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotel or resort settings. Strong knowledge of hotel management practices, including revenue management, financial operations, and guest services standards. Experience with hospitality reservation systems and property management systems (PMS). Bilingual abilities are highly desirable; multilingual skills are a significant advantage for engaging diverse guests. Demonstrated leadership skills in managing hospitality teams and overseeing daily hotel operations. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences. Familiarity with human resources functions such as staffing, training, and employee development. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of night audit procedures and resort experience is preferred but not required. $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
