This role is responsible for driving revenue, overseeing all resort departments, and maintaining the highest standards of guest experience, service excellence, and financial performance in a unique and destination-driven setting. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Manager or Director of Operations within a luxury or destination resort, western hospitality environment, or similar full-service property Strong financial acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving revenue growth, managing budgets, and optimizing overall resort performance across multiple departments Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and operational excellence Responsibilities Oversee all resort operations across all departments, ensuring consistent quality, exceptional guest satisfaction, and alignment with the resort's brand standards and western hospitality identity Drive financial performance through strategic planning, revenue optimization, cost control, and proactive management of all operational and departmental functions Recruit, mentor, and develop resort leadership teams while fostering a culture of hospitality, accountability, and continuous improvement in a one-of-a-kind destination environment
