Environmental Services Director Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and skilled Environmental Services Director to join our team at Cloverdale Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. Responsibilities:

Manage and direct the daily operations of the environmental services department, including supervising staff, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to ensure a high level of quality and efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and staff development. Monitor and control expenses to ensure budget adherence and optimize resources. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer service. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve services and operations.

Requirements:

2 years of experience in environmental services management or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation requirements, such as Joint Commission and CMS. High school diploma or equivalent required; level of education preferred.
