This vital role involves overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring all areas meet the highest levels of hygiene, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in cleaning, staff supervision, and management will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and spotless environment for guests and staff alike. Duties Supervise and coordinate all housekeeping activities, including cleaning, laundry, and sanitation management to ensure consistent quality standards. Lead, motivate, and train housekeeping staff to deliver efficient service while maintaining high morale and teamwork. Develop cleaning schedules and operational procedures aligned with industry best practices for commercial cleaning and custodial services. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, laundry facilities, and other spaces to uphold cleanliness standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment maintenance, and procurement processes to optimize operational efficiency. Address guest requests or concerns promptly with a focus on exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Qualifications Proven experience in custodial work, commercial cleaning, or hospitality housekeeping management with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively through clear communication and motivation. Knowledge of sanitation practices, safety regulations, industrial cleaning techniques, and janitorial procedures. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to develop schedules, oversee multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to handle customer service situations professionally while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Experience managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment maintenance is preferred. Previous managerial or supervising experience in a hospitality or institutional setting is highly desirable.
