The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and janitorial services, with a focus on effective management and training of staff. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are welcoming, safe, and impeccably clean for all guests. Duties Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service standards. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to uphold quality standards. Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Implement effective floor care techniques to maintain the appearance of carpets, tiles, and other surfaces. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the hotel. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping practices. Experience Proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles within the hospitality industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of cleaning processes, floor care techniques, and industrial cleaning practices. Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and guests.
