JOB SUMMARY

At Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, the Housekeeping Supervisor represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay by working with all hotel personnel to ensure every guest experience receives superior customer care. Responsibilities include having the ability to master all the duties of the room attendant, laundry attendant and houseman positions in addition to leading and supervising the entire housekeeping staff.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in staffing supervision of the room attendants, laundry attendants and houseman.
• Assist in all Rooms Division inventory and following ordering standards.
• Conducts room inspections and coach the staff for improvement daily.
• Responsible for brand rooms presentation standards in all guest rooms.
• Maintains a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Assists in training new team members.
• Takes on additional tasks by brand or property needs for growth.
• Volunteers for additional duties and ensuring the team is taken care of.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

Experience in housekeeping is required. Experience in management is preferred.

Flexible Schedule:

Needs to have a flexible schedule to be able to work some day shifts, some evening shifts and must be available to work on weekends.

• Bilingual candidate preferred
