Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and manage our housekeeping operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel, hospitality, custodial, industrial cleaning, and housekeeping management.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and policies
• Supervise and train housekeeping staff
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all areas
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs
• Handle customer complaints and special requests
• Clean and pick up rooms based on operations
• Aid in breakfast to ensure smooth flow for guest's
• Will be a houseman, laundry attendant and breakfast attendant if needed
• Most important, be the lead and example of team work

Requirements:

• Proven experience in housekeeping management
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and procedures
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
