In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of cleaning, sanitation, run a big house . Your leadership will ensure that cleanliness standards are consistently met or exceeded, creating a welcoming, safe, and hygienic space for principal . This position offers an exciting opportunity to manage a dedicated household, implement effective cleaning protocols, and uphold the highest standards of sanitation and organization . Monday to Saturday 9 AM to 7 PM . Responsibilities Lead and supervise a big house to ensure efficient daily operations and high-quality service delivery. Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and standards aligned with the lady of the house. Oversee custodial activities including general cleaning, laundry services, sanitation efforts, and specialized cleaning tasks as needed. Monitor compliance with safety regulations, sanitation protocols, and environmental standards to maintain a safe working environment. Manage house inventory of cleaning supplies,and grocery maintenance, and procurement to support seamless operations. Conduct inspections of house to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to hygiene standards; address any deficiencies promptly. Foster a positive environment through effective management communication, training initiatives, and leadership development. Requirements Proven experience in big houses working for high network families , Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and organizing methods and sanitation management. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a big house hotel style effectively and motivate staff toward excellence. Familiarity with safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and workplace safety protocols. Excellent managerial communication skills Experience in taking control and manage a big house , laundry operations, and sanitation procedures within a fast-paced environment. Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all aspects of housekeeping management.
