About the Role We're looking for a hands-on, motivated Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay. You'll oversee daily housekeeping operations, coach and develop team members, and maintain high standards across guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. This is a great opportunity for a hospitality leader who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and knows that the details make the difference. What You'll Do Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the housekeeping team Oversee daily cleaning operations for guest rooms and public areas Ensure Marriott brand standards and cleanliness expectations are consistently met Monitor room quality, productivity, supplies, and department performance Work closely with Front Office and other departments to support a smooth guest experience Address guest and team member concerns professionally and promptly Maintain proper safety, chemical handling, and sanitation practices What We're Looking For 3+ years of hotel housekeeping experience , preferably with a branded or luxury hotel Strong leadership, communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of cleaning products, proper storage, and safety procedures Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
