• $17/hora Overview We are looking for a reliable and experienced Evening Cleaning Lead / Working Supervisor to join our team at a professional office facility.

This is a hands-on position . The supervisor will perform regular cleaning duties while also supervising a team of approximately 5 cleaning employees and ensuring all assigned areas meet our quality standards.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-11:00

PM Pay:

$17.00 per hour

Work Location:

In person Responsibilities Perform daily commercial cleaning duties alongside the cleaning team Supervise and coordinate approximately 5 cleaning employees Assign tasks and ensure all scheduled work is completed Inspect offices, restrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces Perform specific cleaning duties and areas assigned to the supervisor Monitor the quality of completed work and correct any issues when necessary Make sure employees follow proper cleaning and safety procedures Communicate with management regarding issues, special requests, or supply needs Help keep the team organized and on schedule throughout the shift Qualifications Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred Previous supervisory or team-lead experience preferred Reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented Ability to lead and motivate a small team Must be comfortable performing cleaning duties throughout the shift Good communication and organizational skills Ability to stand for extended periods and perform normal commercial cleaning tasks Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to pass a background check

Important:

This is not a supervisor-only position. The Cleaning Lead works alongside the cleaning team while supervising approximately 5 employees and ensuring the quality of their work.
